Electron Vacuum Systems (Aust) Pty.Ltd. is a Wholly Australian Owned private company and has been operating since 1981. Its goal has been to continually supply the most innovative and complete line of ducted vacuum units and accessories for the Australian market.

In 2006, Electron formed a new division called Hide-A-Hose Australia, which brought to the Australian market the Next Generation of ducted vacuuming. It was going to be the most exciting and innovative product  ever developed for the ducted vacuum industry, the revolutionary, HIde-A-Hose system.

Working with the founders and developers of Hide-A-Hose whom are based in Monroe, Seattle USA, Electron was the first in Australia to have formed a strategic partnership with Hide-A-Hose to distribute the retractable hose system to the Australian market.
